I don't see a south slope here. More like east. Tell me where it was mentioned.

At least you could have long ago inserted the self-made "basis of the professional drafts" into a to-scale site plan :-( And what if it was a " warns" architect whose cost breakdown looks appropriate (cf. - Images not found)? I see the option of building a basement here, even if your sketch is "poorly precise," as very unlikely. It seems to me you have the romantic idea of the healing effect of skillful building mass shifting on the terrain – I wouldn't bet on that soap bubble ;-)

It was referred to in "Forum search for the keyword SupaCriz." Since I am now working with an architect who has never seen my own designs and I followed your advice not to show them either, I prefer to wait for the architect's design and together we will "place the house on the plot." Of course you can’t know this in advance, but that’s why I also want a design and a cost breakdown from another architect. There is always a residual risk. Whom should one trust? ;-) Of course, we try to inform ourselves beforehand and hopefully avoid something like that. What does the second part mean? The freedom of choice is not given because there must be a basement? How do you know what romantic notions I have? I haven’t shifted any building mass yet; we are not that far along. We are still completely open regarding basement yes/no and also orientation and are now waiting for the design, then we will continue... Best regards

Hello everyone, attached you will find the requested information. I hope it helps with the assessment. It is always interesting how one misjudges. In the pictures and also in reality, the slope appears flatter than 4m diagonally.

Thank you for the documents. There is no reference point for the building height?

I am looking forward to the architect's design.

I am currently trying to determine the reference point exactly... the statement from the neighbors is only "based on the average of the original high surveying"
