The garage at the border is certainly on average higher than 3 m. It also looks much steeper than the contour lines suggest. Is something like this permitted according to the development plan?

Good point, thanks! Something will change there anyway, since there should also be an access from the hobby room to the garden. Regarding the dining area, I like your approach; we will plan for something a bit larger or undivided there.


Meaning: yes, it is possible?


Why shouldn’t it be allowed? As far as I know, the only limiting height according to the development plan is the 8m ridge height.

Higher than 3m means that maintaining the clearance distances is strictly necessary.

Do you mean from ? It's poorly measured. Room probably about 3.2 x 3.2 m? Width is enough ... actually already too wide, because there's no space for an island and the walkway from right to left would then be too large again.
