I personally prefer living with 30sqm less plot area than having a tower that constantly makes me walk up - and die on - stairs. In my opinion, one staircase is enough for a fitness parcours ;) Here as a quick example with still unknown and guessed room program. This was an attempt on your plot, unfortunately I’m not so good with slopes... and my software doesn’t handle that easily either. But I really don’t want to spend more brainpower on it since I don’t know the needs.

Thank you for your draft, or rather your suggestions. We will take the idea up again... How many sqm would you allocate for this floor?

I would like to stay in this thread for a few more days / weeks and open a new thread with the new drafts, which hopefully already correspond to our wishes. Hopefully these will not take too long...

Square meters are a rather miserable auxiliary measure for evaluating sufficient / comfortable / generous room "sizes". More important would be to acknowledge and work through Yvonne's hint at a spatial program that is still not clearly visible to her. I fear—see above—that you are mostly waiting on yourself there. I have the impression that you haven't really gone through phase 2 of the services with the architect, and are now hoping to play "pingpong with pictures" à la Infinite Monkey as a "result" of the "method." Here I dare make the heretical suggestion to proceed in an old-school methodical way. The architect should have learned that in their studies; otherwise, you might as well have hired a "designer."

's house is 15*12 m, which is already considerably larger. However, it has taken over several utility rooms from the basement. The upper floor can then only be built with a fairly flat roof or a knee wall of 1 m.

If the budget allows?

However, the utility rooms by the garage are not in the main house and are only single-story. The main house is then a slender two-story building. as you wish. However, I will not participate anymore, as I will not exert my brainpower for nothing or twice. I will then delete my current design because I need the project area for others. What a pity!

Ok, thanks again for the input. There is still an appointment with the architect this week...

A pity, why not continue? You don’t even know yet what will come as the "next solution."
Still, thanks up to this point.
