Hello Of course, the load-bearing walls can also be made from other stones. If you have a good advisor, they won't try to persuade you to their products. At least that was the case for me. I was even recommended other ceilings. What is absolutely important: an architect/planner who is familiar with the system and also honestly says what is unnecessary or not quite so easy to implement or can be done more easily. If you ask an architect, they usually say "can be done; no problem"... At least that was my experience. And if, after long considerations, planning, etc., breakthroughs still have to be made afterwards, that is no problem for a craftsman or an ambitious craftsman with good tools. In my house, I drilled all openings (12×172mm core drillings) for the decentralized ventilation units afterwards. If anyone still has questions and I can help, I will gladly do so. Years ago, I also searched forums etc. for information or reports of experience and found almost nothing. Best regards
