Hello,

I also obtained offers from other Neopor providers. But no other provider could offer me a complete system from the floor slab to the roof.

Also, the 45 cm stones (which I installed) have a plastic web.

I have a good impression of the "stones."

The floor slab is also from Izodom. Makes a very good impression. It is waterproof and was delivered pre-cut and with a laying plan. Assembly took 1 day.

The instruction was done by the German "branch" of Izodom Poland. Very competent and helpful.

I did the concreting myself (after training). You just must not use too large an end pipe. Worked great. It is only a bungalow after all. With two floors it will probably be more difficult.

The alignment supports are good (if they are installed sufficiently).

Of course, my structural engineer made the reinforcement plans.

The support by Izodom was great from the beginning!

Regards

Wrong calculation. Windows for example also from Poland €6,000. Interior plaster €8,000, floor coverings done by myself €4,000, etc. etc.

But then you must not write in your enthusiastic post that you "only" did the construction and the electrical work. You built very unconventionally with materials from Poland, also "just like that" poured concrete, did the floors yourself, etc. etc. Please add that, because otherwise you are making a false statement that a house can be built so cheaply. No, YOU built it yourself so cheaply. Not the craftsmen. I can also check myself what a house costs at Izodom. There are many forum posts in Polish construction forums about that. But those guys all build themselves too. And Polish windows were also ordered by you yourself, right?

That's what the average builder does. There are more and more restrictions why the price is so cheap.. You are an exotic ;-) And with that, your prices are beyond good and evil and absolutely not transferable. 99.99% of all new builds are built "normally".
