Hello,@dersiegfried
Hello Siegfried.
The prices are hardly believable. Respect. I assume you built in Germany.
My offers from solid house providers turnkey for 187 m² living space and 90 m² usable area (including garage) were at least €550,000 without land. Alone for the interior finishing, €300,000 was charged.
What bothers me about the Izodom elements is that the plastic webs seem to be available only for the 25 cm wide blocks. The other wall thicknesses have the Neopor webs, which is probably not optimal in terms of sound insulation and wall fixings.
But there also seems to be a universal system with removable plastic webs, which actually is not needed. What did you use?
Please describe your experiences a bit. Let’s hear something … :-D :
[*]Did you obtain further offers from other Neopor formwork stone providers? If yes, how were the comparable prices. [*]What is the quality impression of the stones? [*]Also used Izodom floor slab insulation? If yes, what is the impression? [*]Which company took over the instruction on Neopor stone processing? German company? How was the impression. [*]Who did the concreting? [*]How good are the alignment supports? [*]Who made the reinforcement plans? [*]How was the support by Izodom in general?
Thanks and best regards
I also obtained offers from other Neopor providers. But no other provider could offer me a complete system from the floor slab to the roof.
Also, the 45 cm stones (which I installed) have a plastic web.
I have a good impression of the "stones."
The floor slab is also from Izodom. Makes a very good impression. It is waterproof and was delivered pre-cut and with a laying plan. Assembly took 1 day.
The instruction was done by the German "branch" of Izodom Poland. Very competent and helpful.
I did the concreting myself (after training). You just must not use too large an end pipe. Worked great. It is only a bungalow after all. With two floors it will probably be more difficult.
The alignment supports are good (if they are installed sufficiently).
Of course, my structural engineer made the reinforcement plans.
The support by Izodom was great from the beginning!
Regards
