Prefab house made of Neopor - experiences?

Thank you for your prompt reply! I did not install any joint flashing. The sealing was done with KSK (which adheres very poorly to Neopor). The lower and upper edges were skimmed. Horizontal barrier is just for show with sealing slurry. At the top, I also skimmed with Remmers MB 2K. It’s not significantly more expensive than KMB. The house is far from finished, but already it shows that the basement is not completely dry. Could I get in direct contact with you (exchange phone numbers)? The windows are not yet installed, the flat roof will be next. Best regards
