You can concrete directly at floor height. I used the same system for the load-bearing interior walls. Non-load-bearing walls will be metal stud drywall. Best regards

@red-ed You also seem to have used the formwork system in the basement. How did you seal it here and do you have problems with a damp basement? Unfortunately, I cannot send you a message directly. Best regards

Yes, it is important that a joint sheet is used. You have to seal with something that also adheres to the Styrofoam! I used Remmers MB K2. Yes, it is more expensive, but also very good. It adheres to almost all substrates and unlike bitumen can also be plastered over. We have now been living in the house for 2 years and have no problems with moisture or anything similar. But honestly, today I would prefer a white or black tank. I think it might even be easier. Regards Red

Thank you for your prompt response! I did not install any joint flashing. The sealing was done with KSK (which adheres very poorly to Neopor). The lower and upper edges were skim-coated. The horizontal barrier is just a formality with sealing slurry. At the top, I also skim-coated with Remmers MB 2K. It is not significantly more expensive than KMB. The house is far from finished, but it is already apparent that the basement is not completely dry. Could I contact you directly (exchange phone numbers)? Unfortunately, I cannot send personal messages yet, but you can surely send me one. I want to learn from others the critical points to consider while I can still take action. Windows are not installed yet, flat roof is coming soon. Best regards

So I claim that without joint flashing it will be very difficult to seal it, I speak a little from experience. Regards Red
