Then I see you more in the target group "kit with gas concrete" rather than in the target group "formwork stone". By the way, there is also a large provider called "Kern-Haus" that builds with formwork stones – and you can find customer experiences online.

If you don't have the technical knowledge and experience, leave it be, believe me, it will be real botch.

The phenomenon of overconfidence is widespread you don't have to buy a ruin you can also build it yourself I have had many clients to whom I had to say this house is not habitable you can demolish it

Alternatively, find a reasonable company and assist under supervision

Exactly the beginner and double left-hander is the target group for the formwork stone kit (mind you, kit - not free planning). And for that, I already see Punisher89 as too advanced according to his self-description.

Thank you for the assessment. I can confirm that well. I have been working independently on many construction sites for 2 years now. The work there clearly showed me that an old building is out of the question. I have encountered so many unforeseeable issues (mold, water damage, and old questionable installations) that I don’t want to put myself through that and would rather build something myself directly.

Through this forum, I would like to exchange ideas with builders who have implemented this construction style (Neopor formwork blocks).

Alternatively, I will go to the Hansebau fair in Bremen next week and get information at the Isorast.de booth. I first saw this construction style there 2 years ago and was convinced by it.
