Construction supervision is already good, your time estimate is quite realistic.

Hello, well I will definitely decide on the system. Because I want to achieve the highest possible autarky. However, I am still missing the right plot of land. In the meantime, I have already spoken with several people who have had good experiences with the system so far.
I will report when it starts.

Autarky through shuttering blocks? - now you're making me curious ...

He doesn't want to use gas, and hopes for these things, that he hardly has to heat at all. He definitely wants water from the well, electricity from solar panels, and wants to bury his trash, and as an [Autarkist] also otherwise have nothing to do with people.

I believe that autarky is related to energy suppliers. Unfortunately, this is not necessarily due to the stones.

You can also build with wooden stud walls and create a plus-energy house. The same applies to the red brick or Ytong. Yes, the insulating properties of Neopor are significantly better per cm². But the exterior wall is not the only thing. Much more needs to be considered here:
- roof overhang
- floor slab insulation
- roof insulation
- windows
- ventilation concept
- house orientation
- etc.

I also want to build with Neopor stones. But the main reason is the concrete I actually want. The Neopor layers are just additional insulation and space for pipes and such.
