This can hardly apply to the materials used today - it could be quite amusing if in thirty years one had to renovate the houses that stand on insulation under their floor slabs ...

I think it is more intended for the exterior facade which is constantly exposed to UV radiation.

Which area in the northern part of RLP are you from?
I myself come from the Eifel.

I come from the pumice area Neuwieder Becken. That makes me think: in the Pellenz there should also be a supplier, KLB (Klimaleichtblock) I believe also makes kit houses. And by the way also formwork blocks.

Neopor is a development of polystyrene, the idea of renewing the insulation is nonsense, these houses absolutely have their right to exist, important when you put the elements together pay attention to door and window measurements if you are skilled in craftsmanship and maybe have a mason at hand then there should be no problem. But do not underestimate the time factor I once dug through some of my reports I had some houses from 1986 the substance was really good after over twenty years the mess was with the owners’ own work nasty laying and gas water crap so if you are good at it then you can save quite a bit regarding the shell construction but make sure you have a proper mason with you All the best for the house construction

Thanks, that’s a really good contribution. Tomorrow I’m going to the Hansebau fair in Bremen. There I will exchange ideas at the exhibition stand. Someone from the company will also be accompanying the construction. He will show you how to start and later be there again for aligning the supports. My time factor will probably be about 7 months full-time. I think that’s enough time for all trades.
