I decided in favor and invested the 12 hundred for it.

In recent years, electricity demand has not grown so rapidly. The topic of a blackout is becoming increasingly realistic. I hope not, but having is known to be better than needing ;-)

No, that's basically an industrial roof. Not incredibly pretty, but if it's not visible anymore, who cares?! The "roof covering" thing refers to special systems that basically lie in a plastic tray. These are, of course, really neatly integrated and therefore pretty. But they are a few percent less efficient because they are not ventilated from behind and cost significantly more. The biggest problem with those things, however, is that it gets very tricky when something breaks. Then you have to hope that the company still exists and that the modules from 20 years ago are still somewhere in stock. Otherwise, it looks quite weird on the roof... So better not let anything break.

There was also the issue with the sauna stove: that won't work because very few storage units provide that kind of power. If you have a storage unit that can actually deliver 6 kW, you've already bought the expensive model. But just like a storage unit, a sauna is also a luxury item that doesn’t pay off. That also applies to most houses and cars. Therefore, I would simply leave the sauna out of the calculation.

This initially shows that the solar installer is knowledgeable regarding stringing. Many dare not do this because it "wasn't done" that way in the past. Meanwhile, it is known that poly-strings (parallel stringing of two different orientations) do indeed work well if: - Absolutely! the same! number of modules is present on each roof side. - There is no/almost no shading. So no chimney or similar that leisurely moves over numerous modules every day. That one side is shaded in the morning and the other in the evening is not a problem. - The number of modules per side should be "within the green zone." This depends on modules and inverter. Mostly between 14 and 20 modules. In general: the closer to the maximum number of modules the inverter can handle per string voltage-wise, the better. - The inverter should have shadow management. Which by now is basically standard, but you can check again.

Thank you very much for the explanation.

Alternatively, I even have a Wr from Poland. Would something like that be allowed in Germany?

I have the feeling that they are pretty technology-open. And it must have an approval, otherwise no one will install it for you. It's actually simple.

Does the thing have real [Schattenmanagement]? I can't read anything about that somehow...
