We'll definitely think about it at some point, but for something like that, Wi-Fi should really be sufficient, right?

Not necessarily. Reinforced concrete ceilings etc. can sometimes be a major obstacle and SONOS was just an example; there are also other systems that are better connected via cables.

A Sonos box per cable to the LAN on each floor and Sonos immediately creates its own network.

Sounds good anyway. It would be something we probably wouldn’t acquire right at the beginning, but if the conditions are right, I definitely want to retrofit it at some point. It probably depends on the general distribution/wiring now. and everyone else regarding my floor plans above: How many cables/outlets should I plan for the rooms/ceilings now and which brands/technologies should I pay attention to?

1x LAN double socket per room. In the living room/office preferably 2x double sockets. CAT7 cables and CAT6a sockets. It depends on whether you want to use keystone or LSA. Depending on that, you then buy the appropriate sockets.

Hieroglyphs to me, but I will try to read up and understand it.

Regarding the TV in the living room: I will mount it in the middle of the wall marked in red above. Does it make sense to install the socket and LAN outlet at this height? Or better at the bottom (there will be a small board there for possibly a receiver, soundbar, etc.) and then lead the cables under the plaster up to the TV?
