Back to the OP: I can only advise you to at least use double doses! Relatively little effort, great benefit. Have a calm talk with the electrician again.

Hello everyone,

I'm back again (sorry, me again)

Yesterday we met with an acquaintance who is very knowledgeable about electronics/computer science in private at the shell construction stage of our semi-detached house.
But since we know that he always has his somewhat own views on various things, I wanted to ask the kind forum users for some additional or general information.

Attached in advance you will find a graphic that includes all 4 floors of the semi-detached house and also the IT, TV, telephone sockets that have already been installed. You will also find various IT and access points with a ,,? and red circle'' These are currently the ideas. Suggestions for improvement are welcome
Additional: - the basement has a ceiling height of 2.18m, so not living room height!
- all walls are masonry and all ceilings are filigree/slab ceilings
- neither of us have an office/home office job and therefore will not really use the office much (currently).

Tomorrow I will receive from DHL:
100 meters Ligawo Cat7 1200MHz
100 meters Fränkisches empty conduit M20
100 metal clamps M20

Tomorrow I also want to start immediately with pulling cables and chiseling slots.

So let's get to the point:
Our acquaintance was also of the opinion Access Points -> YES!, but he would also install IT sockets and only use Wi-Fi if necessary.
Ok, we actually already knew that cable is ALWAYS better.
He would have installed the access points as follows:
Ground floor (EG) = In the hallway a FritzBox (TAE in FritzBox and 1 IT cable back to the basement + telephone into the FritzBox or DECT) //// In the living room on the terrace partition wall a e.g. Ubiquiti Access Point AC mounted on the wall + telephone on the telephone socket and the FritzBox in the basement
Upper floor (OG) = Mounted on the wall in the hallway between office and walk-in closet
Attic (DG) = Mounted on the wall in the children's room either on the stairwell rear wall or outer wall (house)
Basement (KG) = If at all then on the existing IT connection

He said that access points from e.g. Ubiquiti are actually somewhat "exaggerated" for private use.
The acquaintance had also measured interference signals from his mobile phone from the living room and discovered 9 interference signals if I remember correctly.

Now about the IT sockets I additionally considered:
Ground floor (EG) = 2 on the TV wall + 1 on the terrace partition wall (thus 3 on the TV wall, 1 terrace partition wall, 1 wardrobe/hallway)
Upper floor (OG) = 1 in the office + 1 in the master bedroom (thus 2 in the office, 2 in the master bedroom)
Attic (DG) = 1 in the children's room + 1 in the children's office (thus 2 in the children's room, 2 in the children's office)
Basement (KG) = no extra socket
Additionally and not included are the access point PoE supply lines.

So I would like to say thank you already, you have really helped me a lot so far and I am truly very grateful because so much money flows into this project and it would be really a pity if you regret it totally in 1-2 years.

@TE:

I think you are doing it right. For us, it is similarly implemented with the router. Simply put, the fiber optic cable arrives in the utility room, where the Telekom modem sits next to a LAN double socket. The modem is connected to the network socket with a Cat-5 cable. In the patch panel, I connect this socket to a double socket in the hallway (ground floor), where my Telekom Smart Router is located and sets up the network including WLAN. One LAN port of the router is connected to the double socket, this port is switched in the patch panel to a 32-port switch, to which all other LAN sockets are also connected.

Have you planned sockets in the kitchen and utility room as well?

In my view, the Ubiquiti APs offer good value for money. I have one on the upper floor.

We reach over 200 MBit downstream, and that is only the first expansion stage of FTTH.

I think it already looks quite good.

Personally, I would add an outlet in the hobby room/workshop and utility room. I would also do something in the kitchen, but opinions differ on that.

Mainly my question would be regarding the Access points where you would recommend them?

That is "normal" and inevitable: the more high-tech you automate your house, the more fanatically and religiously convinced the expert fights for his beer brand as the only truth. Getting second opinions is therefore absolutely necessary if you, as a layperson, want to reach a reasonable conclusion.
