I first drew a layout on paper and then in the program, as I understood it from your description.

Why is the design the way it is now?
What is desired:
- Garage at the house, set back to the rear (single-family house urban villa style)
- Kitchen at the front of the house, living/dining area in the back
- From garage through a hallway to the garden
- Entrance door centrally at the front of the house WITH small lateral protrusions and the door recessed backwards into the house
- Southeast garden + terrace
- The rest as stated above

I would still like to rearrange some rooms tonight, but need information from the link: @@schustrik please fill out the questionnaire for the main house and the granny flat, with nice-to-have, must-have with justification and preferences.
Also again the confirmation of the basic dimensions or information about building boundaries/distances
