Entrance of the small apartment is north.

We do not want tall cabinets.

I thought of placing the fireplace under the stairs? They go up steeply, right?

... Your previous answer is not visible because you wrote it into the quote from ypg.

A site plan of the property with some property dimensions and the placed house would still be useful.

The kitchen is hopeless, as there is not even enough depth for 60 cm deep cabinets to the left of the terrace access.

Fireplace under the stairs .. but the chimney shaft does not fit there, otherwise you can't use the stairs.

It is indeed a huge hallway .. but poorly usable for storage, because the side elements of the entrance door are made of glass.

Stairs to the gallery, a tall person definitely should not go up there.

Sofa-TV .. the farthest possible distance.

Sleeping in the granny flat is for contortionists. There should be no more than 50 cm from the bed to the outer wall.

The furniture in the apartment are examples from the design. They will not remain as they are. The house is also not by a street (also example from the design). Both living rooms face west towards fields. (no house in sight)

The windows at the front are only an example in their shape and need to be optimized (also floor-to-ceiling...).

Yes, then you should first place your furniture. Only then will you notice all the weaknesses we mentioned.

I can distinguish some words between mine and not mine, but: What do you want to practice now? Sugarcoating, making excuses, or taking a moment to reflect? As far as I know, you can't get out of the fire protection story.... my suggestion: take where HW1 has the utility room and children's room as the granny flat and the bedroom with the bathroom to the HW... but that doesn't change the path of the sun after autumn... If you don't want tall cabinets: where will you put the fridge? Do you want to bend down for every little thing? And honestly: the living room (or other rooms) doesn't offer that much furnishing potential that you couldn't have the dining table as a slalom island. It also doesn't change the fact that there is no retreat for the residents. The purpose of a home is primarily exactly that.
