Floor plan bungalow with granny flat - floor plan feedback

Unfortunately, I am at a loss for words regarding these floor plans. They are at least 146 and just under 70 sqm .. but kitchens like in a dollhouse, where even tall cabinets don’t fit.

Passage areas next to the table, where a fireplace is supposed to go to the sleeping area.

But, the main entrance door of the large apartment is in the middle.

Unfortunately, the site plan is also missing.

What I find negative:

Long house front, also designed very boringly with the windows.

You're right, that will still be changed, this is an example from the drawing program...

Gable without windows I don’t find nice at that height, rather "empty"...
Main apartment:
Situation bedroom-bathroom-dressing room very impractical in use. Always around the dining table... if one has visitors, the other spouse always has to pass by the guests. So retreat is not possible at all. Tupperware parties and poker nights are over.

Okay, the furniture is just exemplary and would still be optimized from the perspective (idea of the architect)
Children’s room on the main terrace, hmm...

There is no main street.
The house is in a dead-end street (again an example) Evening barbecue rounds with friends without children are over.

I thought better to have the children away from
the living room where adults are in the evenings?

But bathroom too big.
Suggestion for improvement: swap kitchen area with bedroom, make bathroom with utility room, create a cloakroom space.

We don’t need that. We mainly go through the utility room.

Secondary apartment:
For a retirement home, the entrance area would be too narrow for me. Personally, I can live with a bathroom without a window, but the bedroom without a window is not a living space at all and therefore may not be approved as such. If you put in a window, as far as I know, you violate the fire protection regulations (2 apartments/window distance 3 meters or something similar)
Also, the apartment is dark most of the year because the sun does not reach the windows in the west.

Positive: Danish architectural style. Gallery (although I haven’t yet pictured the 3D effect and statics) Nice entrance area.
