That's right, I looked wrong there... thanks for the correction.
First of all, many thanks for the many posts within such a short time!
When choosing the oven, we are now sure that it should be one of the three models. Depending on how the current price/performance ratio is during the kitchen consultation...
Siemens iQ700 HB678GBS6
Bosch Series 8 HBG676EB6
Bosch Series 8 HBG675BB1 (somewhat cheaper than the other Bosch, without touch & Wi-Fi)
I would like to - because it is really incredibly difficult with so many products available on the market - shortlist 1-2 devices for each area (oven, extractor hood, cooktop & dishwasher) and then decide on site depending on price and operation.
For the extractor hood, we would prefer such a variant for aesthetic reasons (see photo). These slanted hoods that look like a television don’t really fit into our planned country-style kitchen. The question we ask ourselves, however, is which technology is used for such a solution and whether they are good or rather worse - so that one would prefer one of these slanted solutions after all?
Cooktop
The "Twisted Pad" variant from Neff already makes a good impression in the videos. Our last kitchen purchase was many years ago, and back then Neff was actually a brand that was not mentioned in the same breath as Bosch & Siemens. Even though they all now belong to the BSH Group, can Neff be placed on the same level as Bosch & Siemens?
What is important to us: 80cm wide and a protective frame around the cooktop.
Dishwasher
I do not see the Zeolith technology as a purchase argument for now; apparently, it is not yet 100% mature? At least the differing opinions give that impression.
What was absolutely new to me so far is that there are apparently also dishwashers with what is called "fleet memory technology." Does that mean anything to you? In this, a residual amount of the rinse water is apparently stored in a water bag and reused in the next wash cycle. Sounds unhygienic at first, and you probably only save a few euros a year. Manufacturers probably get their extremely economical quality seals because of this? Do you know how to recognize devices that have this?
In our previous planning, we also have a Neff dishwasher (S52P65X0EU). What is your opinion on it? Similar question as above... better Bosch / Siemens? Which then? Because a similar price level + max. 100/150 EUR more per device (also in the other device groups) should not be exceeded.
Thanks to you all!
