On a space-saving 9.86 x 8.86 minimizing the hallway area:
I will still come up with a place for the wardrobe (or the planner of the GÜ), but roughly I think this is really a floor plan that effectively utilizes the space. In the end, it should not be more than 130-135 sqm of living space on 2 levels, yet there is a 10 sqm study, the dining area with 3.20 m width is adequately sized, the living/dining area of 34 sqm without the kitchen is certainly not too small, the kitchen should work well with almost 9 sqm, the HAR/utility room is just under 7.5 sqm. All the details such as wardrobe, windows, upper floor are missing. The upper floor hopefully should not be too difficult since only 2 children's rooms, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom need to fit there.
Wardrobe either by recessing the toilet toward the utility room or through a niche toward the study.
P.S.: Forget the orientation; it is exactly the wrong way around (North = South).
