Grym that won't work. You have to keep the entire work in mind, and that includes both floors, the exterior views, and the location on the property. The planner cannot just add a wardrobe into this darkroom.

I do believe that it will work. I showed the plan to my wife and she said to find space for the wardrobe and then it fits. 120cm hallway is certainly not too little. The utility room is no further from the living room than if it were in the hallway. The kitchen is even closer to the living room than if it were accessible from the hallway. I don't understand why one should measure from the front door? The living room is the central place in the house, if I want to optimize routes, then from the living room to room X (kitchen, utility room).

The floor plan is basically a slightly modified catalog floor plan, that should probably work. I haven't changed anything especially about the hallway width. In a model house from the provider, a similar hallway was used and it seemed rather spacious to us. 120, possibly 125 cm should be enough for a door with a large glass side panel.
