Is the building application already completed?

The boundary garage is supposed to have only 3 m height at the boundary on average. But you are not allowed to fill up there because the neighboring property does not belong to you.

My suggestion was that there should be a slight slope towards the street. If you go deeper, you just have to consider in the outdoor area that the water flows towards the house and the garage. Otherwise, you will have less filling.

The building application has already been submitted, without any height specification.

I know that I am not allowed to build the garage with filling. It still puzzles me how the building authority wants to determine whether it can be built that way without a height specification.

My neighbor to the east also placed the garage on his west side right on the property boundary and had a building encumbrance registered with the neighbor.

Since my neighbor to the west has 111.5, I would probably go for 111.0. At 110.5, I would fear it would look as if I were in a hole.

Is there no reference point for the height of the house?
Do you know the neighbor in the East? What does his plan say?

Yes, I know the neighbor to the east. He built a bungalow with a finished floor level of 111.5m. What do you mean by what does his planning say? Reference point? I have posted the site plan here again.

Has the neighbor also submitted the building application without specifying the height? I meant neighbor No. 195, they haven’t filled in, have they?
