I can't warm up to the draft. First, the main rooms were completely oriented to the north. Then, a ridiculously long hallway divides the rooms into narrow sections, completely unnecessarily. You could easily move the wall with the double door one meter further south according to the plan and enlarge the living room. Despite the large floor area, there is no sense of spaciousness – seat-to-TV distance is under 3.60m! The hallway upstairs is very unusual – it has little to do with a gallery including a nice open space. The utility rooms were just "slapped on" somehow, there is no connection to the daily routine.
The plot is long – you should reconsider your options. What orientation do you want for the house – where should the terrace be? How loud is the street? Could the terrace possibly be placed to the south and the house further north? Or are you planning a pavilion instead of a terrace and placing it further back in the sun? Are so many utility rooms really needed on the ground floor or could the washing machine be placed on the first floor? Where should bicycles go if the garage is already fully built up? How important is the children's bathroom or would a shared bathroom also be okay if there were still a shower downstairs?
One somehow gets the feeling that there was hardly any consultation from the architect. Maybe you should just start over. If I am wrong, please correct me.
