One could also move the devices further to the left. It would then be one large room located below the previous layout. So more cable runs shouldn't occur, right?

Sure, it’s all a matter of priorities. Unfortunately, I don’t know yours well enough. You find out about that in a 1-2 hour intensive conversation, which we haven’t had. I just want to say, if I include the air space, I have to cut something else somewhere. That could be something very important to you because I didn’t know that. But if I have time, I can shake the thing up a bit again.
What about the technology? Should it be facing the street because of the cables, or would you rather pay more so the office can be in the sun?

In the original draft, the HAR is about 13m and the heating/technology room about 18m away from the street. That's how I left it in my drawings. Since the property is on a main road (small village, not a main traffic road) and the property is 60m long, we want to set the house back as much as possible. What do you think about my last sketch in #71?

With the heat that prevails here in summer, it is in my opinion absolutely sensible to take the supply into the thermal envelope. It is not only about allowing cold in but above all about not allowing heat in.

Kaho674, I really have to give you a big compliment! You spend an extreme amount of time on the "reworking" & co. Very good and helpful ideas there. TOP!
