Did I understand correctly that she approved your proposals? Was there ever any consultation instead of encouragement, e.g. in the airspace?

I would probably also rather iron in the living/dining room, but at the moment my girlfriend still thinks that she wants a separate laundry/ironing room.
The sink will definitely go into the laundry room.
I think we will definitely swap the two rooms (storage/laundry room). Whether a pantry can then be integrated into the kitchen without risking an additional enlargement of the total area remains to be seen.

I cannot currently assess EL 100%. My girlfriend's father has a construction company that will cover flooring/masonry work. This can save on material/labor costs. Additionally, he is taking over the site management. He still owes us something for the architect and structural engineer, so the official rates will not be paid here either.
For the rest, we have to wait and see what "contacts" are used.

The orientation would be a no-go for me! Unless the site plan shows me that it can’t be done any better. Or the wish of the builders. But I don’t see anything about that. Therefore, the question might be legitimate whether Eich is aware of the north orientation?

The architect/designer also, who writes about left and right. Such things do not exist in a building plan. Sorry.
