That’s not a compromise, that is one of the better ideas in your design, since you then have more privacy in the rooms

We don’t have that many supplies that absolutely need to be stored extremely cool anyway. A refrigerator is available for drinks and a wine cooler with 2-zone cooling could be purchased for wine lovers.

The terrace would then already be very street-facing or next to the neighbor, right? The garden extends about 60m further back. You would almost exclude it from the planning that way. Or would you make two terraces?
