For bad weather days, I conceived this bungalow as a project and fiddled with walls for several days. Of course, I stumbled over the 500,000€ again. It reads as if the ancillary construction costs are supposed to be paid from that as well. So 450,000€ for a bungalow with expansion reserve, I set myself about 140/150 sqm on the ground floor as a limit. Regarding the mentioned EL, I think the attic expansion is included in the budget.
I tried the L of the house as a southwest terrace, which rather led me into a dead end. Besides, I limited myself to the rear property, so that you could possibly sell the front again and thereby keep the south sun and north view. So what, it didn’t work.
The man would like everything to face north towards the nice view. Children are not planned yet, bungalow as a huge thing again too dark in the middle. In short: this is what comes out now, which I would personally refine further. However, this rough sketch should suffice for the presentation.
-> Note on the attic: With 50cm calcium silicate block (was that prescribed?) and 30-degree roof pitch, you get this result, knee wall at about one meter reaches a height of about 100cm, the roof end in the middle is at 200cm room height. That’s not great! Although the house is about 10 meters wide here. Regarding the location: I would place the house as far east as possible to leave a lot of space in the west (the neighbor was mentioned)... Maybe also the carport facing south, so that the east side only has 3 meters left. The staircase here is somewhat below standard in dimensions because you would rather use it with plan B. In the end, much would have to be shifted with the idea anyway, or with a 33-degree roof you could possibly reach the attic with the staircase. But I think you can see where the problems lie here.

The software fails with the roof, of course ;)
