The installation of house connections under the concrete slab (more than xx cm) is not allowed by every utility provider! Water, gas, electricity, etc. This should urgently be clarified before further planning steps, otherwise it doesn't make any sense, right?
Basically, according to the website and information sheets from the water and electricity providers, it is not a problem how the connection area is placed; only a prior coordination of the routing of the lines is necessary, and it becomes more expensive with longer lines.
The covered terrace and the garden are accessed through the utility room?
Yes, this is not our main terrace, but the access to the north garden (vegetable garden, for example), space for the clothes drying rack even in worse weather, and storage space for garden furniture.
The main terrace is at the front corner southwest, it just didn’t quite fit on the paper. Between the front door and the terrace, there will be a privacy screen (or the 2m high, cat-proof fence) and plants, visually separating the entrance from the garden.
And shouldn’t the 2 offices definitely not share a common wall?
That was originally the plan because of soundproofing. For that, we have established a solution through decoupling the shared wall, with a wood fiber insulation layer on both sides in the installation zone and better drywall (Knauf Diamant or the like).
Here is a sketch showing the house and possibly how the fence could be positioned.
EDIT: It is also conceivable to shift everything further north if we are not allowed to build directly on the border. Building outside the specified building window will be permitted.
