The lift-and-slide door is 3m wide and about 2.35m high. The floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom is 1.75m wide and about 2.31m high. The remaining windows have a height of 1.40m.

Uh .. if you haven't finished that chapter yet, then you wouldn't plan such a configuration for the main bathroom. I was firmly assuming a permanently childless couple. Kitchen/living/dining I find good. Utility room, has it been clarified with the connections from the street side?

Actually, we don’t want children, it’s just that at our age you keep hearing “the desire for children will come, you’re still young” and somehow it’s internalized that you might keep the option open… :rolleyes:

The connections are not yet clarified, what problems could there be? We theoretically have two connection options through the two building plots.

Theoretically, the dressing-bathroom problem could also be solved if I, for example, separate the dressing room with a sliding door and the bedroom gets a normal door…

House connections would presumably have to be routed under the slab or led to the house in such a way that they arrive on the north side at the utility/technical room.

Routing house connections under the slab (more than xx cm) is not allowed by every utility provider! Water, gas, electricity, etc. This must be clarified urgently before further planning steps, otherwise it doesn't make any sense.
