Thanks already for all your opinions :)
Fortunately, the orientation to the north is not as bad as it was at the beginning, back then my husband wanted all the windows facing north and definitely not towards the street (south and east) and preferably not towards the developed neighboring property to the west either  With all the examples I always have the feeling that the entrance is on the roughly opposite side of the angle, if I were to rotate such a floor plan to align the angle southward, my entrance would be away from the street… and none of the finished floor plans really convinced us.
The building envelope is actually not a problem, we can position the house as we want, as long as there is still enough distance to the neighboring property. If we are not allowed to build over the border, it will either be built directly on the border at the front or the back to be as central as possible. Our “nice” garden we definitely want to orient to the north toward the forest. The northern boundary can also be clearly seen in the photo here, the middle boundary is roughly at the tree on the left with the dark leaves.

It is also important to us that the two offices do not share a common wall, I don’t want to hear my husband (sales, talks a lot on the phone and very loudly) through the wall during my quiet, concentrated work. Most floor plans place the children's rooms, i.e. our offices, next to each other. My husband also needs a door leading outside from the office.
Planning a fixed staircase is already a good idea, I will do that
It says 0.4 in the template, which fits the old regulation, but no longer fits the later change with the many values.
