Your statement about the controlled residential ventilation system is just as generalizing as the one about the 100k€, only not as sensational. Central controlled residential ventilation is not the same as controlled residential ventilation, just as little as the setup (with or without basement, in the wall or in the ceiling) and the effort. For me, 6k€ is for example only the material costs online. If you add the geothermal exchanger, then it’s easily more.

And that is exactly your problem. You rely on some internet prices and assume that this is the cheapest offer....
We are building 150sqm + basement, everything has to be ventilated. That means for me that logically it is a larger system or at least the same size but with additional effort. So I can very well compare. Sorry that I didn’t write it in such detail now. We are building our shell construction ourselves and if I had relied on internet prices for building materials, I would have paid 35% more for the goods alone without delivery! Unfortunately, you have to take the offers you get.

I would like to understand where or how you acquired your supposed expertise Zaba12. Just because your GU explained one or two things to you does not mean that these things are like that or necessarily correct.

What is being negotiated? At Bayerin, the controlled residential ventilation is on the chopping block, only a nice to have, while the window setup wood aluminum is a must have.

Thank you for various reassurances

Briefly about the controlled residential ventilation: that is already rounded up, better high than low.
I have also included the pressure switch for a whopping 1200 euros. Price of controlled residential ventilation with installation is about 7500 all in. But it is still on the chopping block, at least until several comparative offers come in (roof, drywall, doors)

If you are still uncertain about the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung], you could simply provide the pipes, as these are normally cast into the concrete ceiling. That gives you a bit of flexibility. Because by the time you have all the offers for the interior work, the opportunity will probably have passed and the ceilings will have been poured. In principle, however, I would always have my [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] installed again. I simply find it to be an enormous gain in comfort not having to worry about ventilation anymore.
