The bandwidth of wireless technology meets the requirements of normal users (excluding gamers). This also applies to the prediction of further development, because over time we will integrate more and more bandwidth into our daily lives. Wireless technology is easy to adapt and thus one can easily keep up when wanting to use new features. If you are going to lay LAN everywhere anyway, you might as well use fiber optic.

You should urgently clarify what comes after the house and how you will pay for it. Not only outdoor facilities, but also such "fun" things like awnings (for us 5x3.5 m for 3000), lamps (wow you can sink money INTO THAT), furniture, garden tools if not yet available, etc. etc.

Very good advice especially for people who want everything to be perfect right from the start.
The alternative is to get used to some makeshift solutions for years. The thought that our outdoor facilities could be finished from the beginning gives me chills. We are so much looking forward to our own work in the garden and on the grounds and to the many small and bigger successes.

Even the small successes add up and have to be paid for. Terrace? A few thousand. Fence? Another one, depending on the length even significantly more. Just for the material. Hedge? Costs too, especially with evergreen plants you can expect 30€ and up per piece for mini plants (don’t worry, we only have those by the neighbor who has certain problems with falling leaves - the rest is blooming). It doesn’t stop with things you need, but also with things you simply just want.

It's completely different for me, I just want to finish (-: The garden was therefore assigned to a landscape gardener, otherwise I probably wouldn't have had any entrance paving in 5 years ....but it is also a slight slope

So guys, just put a phone line in every room? LAN is so last decade, you can put it in the living room and study or one per floor, otherwise it's just unnecessary. Everything runs over Wi-Fi and that's completely enough.

Otherwise, it's a realistic calculation and the equipment is normal. A bit of demand is allowed.
