When I see how many LAN cables I have laid for acquaintances meanwhile because the repeaters and powerline adapters never really worked properly. That’s what I call saving in the wrong place. You don’t need 20 sockets in the house, but treat yourselves to a few more!

As I said, 80 sockets is not the end of the world.

How is the control of the blinds planned? Simply each one individually up and down or is a central control also desired.

Is the insulation between the base slab and screed not sufficient to achieve KfW55 or is it supposed to be a "Swedish slab"?

The blinds are controlled individually each; on the ground floor also once all together and then additionally via app.

Lan should be available in every room. (Bathroom WC excepted). Those who listen to a lot of radio can also install coaxial sockets. An external antenna significantly improves reception. Network cables can also be quickly laid by yourself during construction, provided you do not have sand-lime brick walls. Chasing in clay bricks or aerated concrete is very easy.

So you don't have a TV in the living room then? If there is no SAT or cable, it should at least be connected to the LAN. Also put a LAN socket in your bedroom. Even if you don't plan to have a TV, maybe something else will come to the bedroom that needs LAN. Plan a central LAN socket on the floor to be able to connect a WLAN access point as needed, since usually one router alone never covers an entire house.

About LAN. So, I admit, not very tech-savvy we simply forgot it. Only Schuko sockets and two telephone sockets and three Sat sockets. We are satisfied with the Sat TV. Really. The telephone sockets are completely useless because we got fiber to the home from Telekom and would have needed LAN sockets and cables. My electrician was also very remorseful that he didn’t notice that. It can happen. He gave us these devolo things as a gift. Three pieces. Now the sockets are the LAN. How that works is a mystery to me. But it works. Really. And the rest is done by WLAN. That works very well in a Ytong house. However, if I were to plan again, I would take LAN twice into the living room for smart TV, once into the office, once into the utility room to feed the network from the fiber to home modem, once LAN into the guest room or children’s room. Not into the bedroom. No TV in there. And no PC. There are limits.
