We don’t have removal, because we have to fill up the property to the street edge, that is already included with the shell builder.

For the prefabricated garage we also calculate about 20,000, the concrete slab is extra

So if I look at the explanations in #80 like that... then those are extremely cheap prices!!
Wood-aluminum windows with roller shutters and window sills for that money... I haven't quite understood whether the 7.5m front is included in the 28,500, if so, don't expect much from other offers.
Either this is a Gaulish village, your husband has mega connections, or you forgot the VAT.

If you build "agile," you have to be able to afford it or you will hopelessly fail. Since you apparently have to take out money must, you cannot afford an agile approach (--> we solve the challenge when it comes and remain flexible in planning and adjustment), because quickly the project becomes six figures more expensive than originally thought. You have to be able to smile about that, then it really is fun. Since this approach does not seem appropriate for you: make yourself as complete a list as possible of the "subprojects" to be tackled. You can check this list here. Include all suggestions in the list, mark those that are not so relevant to you as "rejected." It is a memory aid and "checked off" relieves the mind.

What makes building "surprisingly expensive"?

    [*]Forgotten necessary expenses
[*]Spontaneous changes of details during the construction phase
[*]Consistent calculation with the "cheapest" options
    [*]Poor construction partners
    [*]Overestimation of own work
    [*]"Champagne taste" but "beer wallet"

A wired network offers the advantage of significantly better interference resistance.
I have a FritzBox 7490 myself, which is located in the utility room and generates the only wireless network within a radius of 40m.
Why does the WLAN not work in the bathroom above it?
I know the cause – completely trivial and unchangeable. Nevertheless, I would be happy to receive an answer from you so that you can show that you know what you are talking about.

Forget very quickly the comments from some regarding WLAN being sufficient. Lan is the solution. With that, you can always connect an additional hotspot. Bandwidths will increase. You don't have to overdo it, but a few connections in the house should be there. For example, several in the office, several in the living room, everywhere on the ceilings where you use Wifi the most (because of 5Ghz coverage), everywhere else where there are TVs, children's rooms...). With 10 Landosen (Duplex) you are absolutely future-proof. With Cat7 or Cat8 cabling, you can later also go up to 10 Gbit. No problem for the distances in a single-family house. The remark regarding fiber optics is also total nonsense. Only necessary for long distances and/or even higher transmission rates. By the time it's absolutely necessary in the single-family house, we will already be in the grave.

Are you the puzzle uncle Faraday?
Most residential houses are not particularly complex for wireless networks. In case of "insurmountable" problems, a professional helps. Wired solutions undoubtedly have advantages. I think these are hardly relevant for most non-gamer private individuals and therefore often question LAN house wiring in many cases.

Many people have the following limits in mind regarding Wi-Fi:

    [*]Everyone only shares one Wi-Fi.
[*]You have to do and administer everything yourself.
[*]There is only one router and only one broadband connection.
[*]Wi-Fi is unhealthy (then take cable before you feel bad).
