Unfortunately, I had already submitted my application before I knew about the service (exactly one day before). Underfloor heating in new buildings is not eligible for funding. Only in existing buildings, if it is installed as part of an energy-efficient renovation.

Hm. Damn.

In my opinion, the advantages essentially lie in the fact that you are guaranteed to apply correctly and have no stress with the BAfA until the funding decision (e.g. requests for additional documents, etc.). Ultimately, the service eliminates the risk of possibly not receiving funding due to a faulty application. Obviously, our heating engineer wants to use the service and expects us to pay for it. I guess we will do that then.

Sh**. That probably applies to the pipe network for the ventilation system as well, right?

Read the information sheet and checklist. Pipes of the ventilation system are explicitly supported.

Ok. Thanks already for the answers. I have now also found information on a heat pump info page. If you build with a general contractor, you should also submit the BAFA form "Confirmation of the builder" when applying. It also states again:

According to this way of thinking, the specialist contractor is then the heating installer and not the general contractor.

Ok... thank you very much so far. It has already helped me.

The planned air-to-water heat pump and hot water storage tank are listed among the Bafa-eligible heat pumps.
But in the end, it depends on the annual performance factor of 4.5.
I have now used the online calculator from Wärmepumpe Punkt De.
So far very convenient.

Unfortunately, for my model, I only achieve the annual performance factor of 4.5 if I reduce the share of domestic hot water heating in the total heat demand to 15%.
(The preset value is 18%)

That seems unrealistic to me. We are building KfW55. You can hardly find anything about it online.
And if you do, it rather sounds like the share of hot water generation is significantly above 15%. Even strongly towards 50%.

What values do you have?
