Eligible costs for heat pump

With the heating, it stays with an air heat pump. So we don’t have any expensive drilling.
All electrical work is done by ourselves. So I can only count on my purchase price from the wholesaler. I can’t include programming or anything else, since that’s also done by the electrician. So it’s "only" 8,000 euros. With a company, I’d easily be at double that.

But better than nothing

Regarding funding for new construction, the BAFA website states the following:

Eligible investment costs basically include the acquisition costs of the funded heat generator, the costs for installation and commissioning, as well as the costs of the necessary surrounding measures. However, it is important to consider the differences between new construction and existing buildings.

In new construction, costs directly related to the eligible heating system can be considered up to the connection to the heat distribution (heating circuit distribution). All costs beyond that, such as the installation of underfloor heating or radiators, cannot be taken into account.

So I don’t quite understand how you come to the submitted costs beyond 30,000 euros
