Cancellation of an already confirmed Bafa funding

The attempt to reach the caseworker by phone seems futile.
So the objection will be sent in writing to meet the deadline, with the simultaneous request to provide reasons, since we cannot review the rejection otherwise.

Again regarding the installed devices – I am a bit unsure here:
There are manufacturers who have had every conceivable combination of outdoor and indoor units included in the list (e.g. Daikin) and there are manufacturers who have the outdoor unit only once in the list and then an "example configuration" of the indoor units. This is the case with our Mitsubishi. Actually, it should not really matter, as somewhere in the funding guideline it presumably states that a "comparable" one is also eligible for funding. Unfortunately, I currently cannot find the sources where I read this last year.

In our case, the following was installed:
"Mitsubishi Heavy Ind."
Outdoor unit/heat pump: SCM 80 ZS-W
Indoor units: SRK 25 ZS-W + SRK 25 ZS-W + SRK 35 ZS-W + SRF 35 ZS-W

The following combination is listed in the list of eligible systems:
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems Ltd. SX series multisplit SCM80ZS-W/SRK35ZSX-W/SRK50ZSX-W

Could this be the crux of the matter?

We also had a single-split air conditioner installed for my parents-in-law, applied for funding, and recently received a request to have the manufacturer (in our case Daikin) confirm the eligibility for funding. According to the document, there were apparently devices or combinations in the list of eligible equipment that turned out to be not eligible for funding. We are therefore now waiting for feedback from Daikin, let's see what comes.

But that could be a possibility that your combination is ultimately not eligible for funding. Was exactly what was installed the same as what was applied for and approved? Or are there any deviations?

If you look at the list from August 22 and the current list of eligible devices, you can see that all air-to-air air conditioning units have been crossed out. I wanted to buy a Daikin and many customers here have your problem. Daikin support has openly stated that the values were apparently somehow manipulated by all manufacturers to get on the list. BAFA has put a stop to that. Now I am caught in the middle and receive no meaningful information from Daikin about what to do, nor from BAFA. Those who have already installed the system and are now hoping for a payment are even more stuck in between.

It was and is generally known that the funding conditions were revised and air-to-air was removed. No one should be surprised about that currently. However – this is what I hear from the committees – it should be subsidized again from next year. So anyone who is considering and can be patient should wait.
