Ah, and then they didn’t reject everything, but rather deducted the non-eligible cost portions from the funding amount? That’s somehow nice. Then I would ask my general contractor to also specify the structurally necessary additional costs for the controlled residential ventilation installation. I mean, if the suspended ceiling has to be thicker so that the ducts fit in and the statics have to be reinforced so that everything holds, then that belongs to the installation costs, or something like that, right?

Yes, I still managed to talk to them once. I submitted a request via the form on the website and mentioned there that I had tried to resolve it by phone but couldn't get through. After that, someone called me back.
The lady was super friendly and helpful.

It must directly relate to the heating or to the increase of energy efficiency. So I cannot bill for dimmer actuators or anything like that.
However, I use the server and visualization, for example, to display the heating data. The system also controls the heating depending on the output of the photovoltaic system (sun shines => buffer is charged).
Therefore, I included the whole thing.

What was the outcome of your application?

If it is any consolation, even before Corona I was unable to reach anyone by phone.
