What matters is simply the gross amount on your invoices. If everything from your application is transferred 1:1, then your gross expenses are now slightly lower and you get your funding based on that, or you treat yourself to something else eligible for funding.

I could even imagine that in the end only the requested gross amount is decisive. If you applied for €50,000 gross with 19%, you now receive €50,000 gross with 16% as long as nothing has been implemented before 01.07. Since no details have to be provided when applying, BAFA cannot distinguish whether something was more or less topped up. Edit: I think Fuchur means the same.
