Hi again. I have now completed step 1. How long did it take for you until step 2?

The current processing time is about 10 weeks (as of five days ago).

For us, it was said the processing time is about 8 weeks, and it took 9 weeks.

ok then I'll ask a question: Does anyone know how secure funding is if the annual performance factor report according to VDI blabliblupp shows an annual performance factor of 4.6?

So is it basically just a formality or could it be that some funding budgets are exhausted and then everything is simply rejected? If yes, where can the status (preferably in development) be viewed?

We came with our Nibe Fighter F2120 air-water heat pump with the heat pump calculator to an annual performance factor of 4.6 – theoretically you could have also tweaked the values and reached 4.7 but our heating installer said that makes no difference. You have to reach 4.5 and that's fine. In the end, we submitted with 4.6 and got our subsidy approved.

What might be quite interesting for some, especially with regard to the increasingly popular comprehensive coverage mentality:

If a Vaillant system is purchased, you can take out insurance for the BAFA subsidy for €100 net.
In other words, Vaillant guarantees the subsidy for this amount, regardless of whether a funding pot is later empty or anything else leads to exclusion from the subsidy.

I am exactly at this step as well. At the moment, I see no reasonable reason to give Vaillant €100 for that little paperwork. Even with the sometimes arisen counter-calculation of one’s own gross wage versus the wages of the craftsmen here in the forum, it’s still not worth it, is it? Vaillant needs all the documents anyway, right? What exactly is supposed to run out with the BAFA fund? I only have the risk of applying too late (BAFA 2021) or starting the measure too early.
