1. Fill out and submit the electronic application form (on the BAFA homepage) --> must happen before the system is installed! 2. You receive a letter from the office stating that the application has been reviewed and that you will receive a maximum of 35% of the submitted amount if the decision is positive. The letter also contains your access data for the portal where you then have to upload your proof (invoice, specialist contractor declaration, confirmation of truthful statements, etc.) (on the BAFA homepage) --> done after the system installation
