The arguments have been exchanged. We won't agree anyway. Especially not about Thunberg. I'm going to the garden now. The sun is shining. Planting daisies. K.

I have to stack wood so that the "evil" fireplace has something to eat next winter. Have fun in the garden. That's true.

If the new Scholz reform on property tax comes into effect, many owners and tenants will have to pay significantly more in the future. So it will be more expensive either way. If the state has the actual land values and the real value of the house after the reform, the tax authorities can collect proper taxes in the event of inheritance. The middle class will pay the price either way.

: You need to let go of all your worries. Or are these just troll posts now? Probably.

The new property tax isn’t coming that quickly, and how it will be calculated is completely up in the air. So why complain about something that hasn’t even happened yet?

And the inheritance topic again... The tax exemption for children is 400k. Only above that amount do you have to pay the rest at a modest 15%. With a million in assets, that would be just 90,000€ in taxes, leaving 910,000€ remaining. The complaining fits spoiled only children. If there are two children, each pays 15,000€. About 1.25% of the German population are asset millionaires at all. Are you one of them? What on earth is the point of complaining here?

The proposal from the Finance Minister is complicated and places an excessive burden on taxpayers and the tax administration. This was the statement made by Mr. Warnecke, President of the Zentralverband Haus und Grund, in an article. The interest group has calculated, using some realistic case examples, how severely the reform affects owners and tenants. With very costly results. In any case, it will not become cheaper.
