A bit like you describe, I still grew up in the early 1960s in SH in the countryside: without hot water, without a bath, only a toilet, that was something already, with an oil stove and tile stove, oil stove is cool, with the oil can in the living room, that has something, with preserving jars, Opekta, juicer, garden with vegetables, with a zinc tub where we were bathed. Without TV, only a music box, Dad also had such a tape recorder and liked to listen to jazz from Armstrong and the like, on Sundays we went to the sports field where Dad was left back, that was not so long ago, and that’s why I find the developments towards children's bathrooms (the teenager can’t share the bathroom with the elders, that’s embarrassing), towards dressing rooms, towards KNX decadent. And the kitchen moisture dreams of the Netflix generation all the more so. That’s how it is. Karsten
