It probably (as far as I know) doesn't make a difference. You don't pay based on the number of parcels, but by square meters. Although the meadow plots, if they are not building land, certainly have a lower tax.

Well, it's like with cars (figuratively speaking). If you have three Smarts, you pay taxes three times. If you have a big SUV, you pay taxes only once, but accordingly more.

It's ideal: the meadow properties cost almost nothing and the expensive property tax for the developed land is very manageable thanks to 350sqm. It doesn't get any better.

Property tax is paid based on the value of the property including buildings and not according to m²

We did it that way, but it does not save any taxes. Neither real estate transfer tax nor property tax. It had advantages for the positioning of the house.
