Etc savings plans start already at 25€/month (maybe even less?). There should be something for everyone. So house and ETF at the same time

Having both is the royal road. Not putting the last € into the house, but diversifying and, for example, buying the ETF with a savings plan.

Right, in the countryside you usually need a second car, but honestly... if we had wanted to build 30km further, the land alone would have cost ten times as much, so we could never have afforded the same size. On the other hand, a second car is definitely doable.
