Simply doesn’t exist. Now I pay as much interest for my house as I previously paid for cold rent, and that with 6 rooms + a basement instead of 4.

Anyone who fulfills their dream of owning a house often burdens themselves with debt for at least 20-30 years of their life (depending on capital).
