To clarify: You bought the 114. Nothing else, no 113 or anything else?! Then I don’t see the situation at all to create a UG in the slope, then an EG on top of that, so that you can reach the terrace at the height in the back. You don’t even own the slope then. The plot is short and final, namely 29.5 meters long. I rather see it so that you lay out your terrace where you are standing (there are also brighter days than the one the photo was taken) or/and still create a nice seating area in the forecourt. You also don’t need a possibility to get to the back of the property with a four-wheeler, because the small piece of land, the triangle that remains there, can also be laid out on foot. It is therefore advisable to dock the house on the north side to the neighbor in order to leave the south side free for windows. Sorry if I misuse your quotes, I already had them copied
I somehow can’t imagine that you would be allowed to build directly on the north boundary.
It is a closed development. That means you can build like row houses next to each other or solo on a border. If you do that and build on the border, then no windows are allowed there (that’s my knowledge and common sense).Am I right in assuming that in the architect’s design on the south side (=boundary construction) there would be no windows?
