Yes, that is the scale I unfortunately expect. But I definitely did not want to exceed that by much. I can write off the renovation of the monument at 90 percent. Furthermore, there are funding pools in NRW for such projects. In the monument, no wall is old anymore, not even the staircase. If nothing goes wrong, gutting it should be allowed.The new building already costs 550k, then the renovation and the demolition will be another approx. 200k +X additional costs.
Are you allowed to remodel the interior of the monument? Often it is a monument both inside and outside.
Unfortunately, I do not understand what motivates you to this idea? I only see disadvantages. First of all, the question is whether so much space is really necessary? Then the garden is more or less ruined. The earthworks with the corresponding costs + the floor on the slope are also not exactly what one wants as a first choice.My idea would be to design the construction joint longer, accommodate the entrance door and wardrobe there, and have the new building above it, which would then be rotated with the gable end facing.
