We prefer 2D in top view here with clear lines. 3D is only for the builders themselves so they can get an idea. Check if your federal state provides you with a geoportal. There, with a bit of patience and effort, you can often find a lot of information and maps about your property.

Is there, I also got the contour lines there. But with a mobile phone I could only draw something in the 3D version. The 2D version requires a computer. You’ll get it later. Would you prefer just the property boundaries or an aerial image?

I can only speak for myself. I like it technical. So only the boundaries with the existing buildings included. Also preferably the side lengths of the boundaries and the contour lines including the neighboring properties. The rest, like trees or driveway, can be added by hand or drawn in. But honestly, without the specifications from the building authority, we’re just guessing here as well.

Only the 114 is building land; the rest are illegal buildings that still exist on the property and are largely dilapidated. The dimensions of 114 (clockwise) are as follows: Roadside 10.7 m Neighbor to the north: 30.2 m Rear boundary: 15.6 m Neighbor to the right: 29.5 m Contour lines: 2 m

Legally, I'm out. I would push the house back as far as possible without significantly touching the slope.

Do not connect the house with the monument.

Access to the slope is worth its weight in gold, especially since you still have a lot planned there.

If possible, build the house so that there are windows on 3 sides. In our case, 1.5 sides have no windows. Without windows, our building services are located there.

I would avoid the classic layout. Possibly living downstairs, 1 bathroom, parents' area (sleeping room does not need to be flooded with light), upstairs kitchen, dining, bathroom, children's rooms. If square meters are missing, then add the attic as in the example picture from you.
