And completely exaggerated price expectations can no longer be so easily met by naive buyers, as they no longer get money so easily. The general price development also takes up further free percentages of household income. This increases the standing times of the properties and improves the situation for people with high creditworthiness, income & equity, because their "competition" becomes smaller. And this advantage can be used in price negotiations.
