Current financing offer from the house bank

Received a letter from the bank today.
Unfortunately, your signed contract arrived one day late, but we are accepting it anyway. Wtf?
I even personally handed it in to my bank advisor on the last day.

There are some things...

Did the contract say "valid until xxx" or "we are bound to the offer for yyy days"?

Yes, of course until 21.02. I specifically uploaded it because of the withdrawal period
