This is what is supposed to happen now: I received corrected plans today, and if I give approval for them, the work is to be resumed next Monday. While reviewing the plans, I wonder whether it is necessary for an architect to be able to do calculations or if there is a mistake in my thinking. In the office and in the guest WC, the window elements (together with the roller shutter) are 1500 mm high. As a precaution, I have sent the plans from the window company to the Norddeutsche Planungsgesellschaft.
The raw construction height of the ground floor is 2750 mm. It was my wish that all windows reach up to the ceiling. Then I would calculate like this: 2750 - 1500 = 1250 and come to a sill height of 1250 mm, or 125 cm, respectively. I probably miscalculated somewhere, because the plans state a sill height (RFB) of 1.00 for one window (office) and 1.10 for the other (guest WC). Could someone please help me with this?
