Building without work plans

I receive no response from the architect's office, I only communicate with the construction company through the lawyer, and I have written twice in vain to the site manager that it is in my interest to maintain respectful interaction. Now an expert will oversee the construction. Somehow it must be possible to get the house done the way we want it. I have already removed most of the trades from the contract anyway.

The room height is (above the finished floor, about the construction of which no information was given) 2.575 m. The window element with the roller shutter is specified as 2.085, the lintel as 49 cm. Our wish was to have the windows as high as possible. Something is wrong there again, isn’t it, or am I seeing it incorrectly? Does anyone know about this?

According to your section, which you uploaded here, the said window has a dimensioned height of 2.085 m, the roller shutter box is specified as 0.25 m, the lintel as 0.24 m. In total 2.575

Since I no longer trust the construction company, I have now also removed the windows and front door from the construction contract and asked two companies for a quote. They had received the plans and calculated significantly larger window dimensions.

That depends on the total masonry load and can therefore only be conclusively answered by the structural engineer who calculated your single-family house.

Masonry and lintels are not part of the windows. Our patio doors, by the way, are similar in height.
