Interesting: The topic was actually finished on August 3, 2016.

HPSBerlin writes on 27.05.2019, somewhat out of context, "yes, we also build with NSK and our architect Baustudio B...."

In response, "alter0029," who also started the topic on June 23, 2016, says "All in all, I would say that NSK really worked well, only their architect was a zero. ...."

So it is beyond me why a topic is reopened after 3 years when it has long been settled and obviously by someone who apparently has nothing to do with it.

Because the client concerned is registered here under "alter0029." Wer ist also jetzt "HPSBerlin" ???

Maybe someone who is building now simply searched for the developer in the forum?

And the original OP gets an email if something happens in the thread...

What’s with the homeowner bashing? I would do the same

Building owner bashing? Where? I have merely broken down the sequence of the thread in question and am somewhat surprised. Every building owner has the right to express their opinion. However, here I am not quite sure what this is all about, because it is quite unlikely that the same builder goes through the same issue again.

Should the two TEs comment on this, I don’t feel like reading all 20 pages either. But I find it normal to dig up old threads when you have a similar topic, or is that not desired?

I have read through all of this.... It may be that the new entry is indeed factual. However, that would mean that the said construction company still works with the architect with whom the former client was very unhappy. We probably won't find out.

So much discussion about my post, Snowy36 is right, I searched for the company NSK and found the post, but did not pay attention to the date, yes we are currently building with NSK and immediately had problems with the architect.
