Now let's come to the question of why we cannot begin the masonry work as planned:
First, we must determine that the arrangement of the kitchen window was incorrect. However, this is not a reason why the masonry work could not have started as scheduled.
When you decided to remove the windows from the contract, there were numerous change requests. The currently contracted window installer could have also installed the windows according to our plans. These are simply changes desired by the client. It is unfortunate that the change requests were first sent to the client’s lawyer on 21.07, who in turn sent them to our lawyer on 22.07. We received this letter on 25.07. The change requests are currently being implemented in the planning. Once these plans are approved by the client, construction of the house can proceed.
A precise specification of the floor structure is also being criticized. A look at the documents shows that it is 17.5 cm on the ground floor and 13.5 cm on the upper floor. Information about the layer structure can be found in the thermal insulation certificate.
